Zero. You sign up with an email, get your 1 free match, and use it whenever you want. We'll only ask for payment when you upgrade to a paid plan.
They stay on your account. Your credits don't expire. Monthly subscription credits roll over, so anything you don't use in a quiet month is still there for a busy one, and pay-as-you-go credits never expire either.
Yes. Active subscribers can buy PAYG credit packs any time as top-ups. Your PAYG credits stack on top of your monthly allotment and never expire.
No. Your entire match history, dashboards, AI Coach cards and footage remain accessible — forever, in read-only mode. You just can't upload new matches until you reactivate a subscription or buy PAYG credits.
One video upload of a singles match — no length limit. The fee covers the full analysis (every point, every tab, every dashboard). We don't charge per set or per minute.
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade any time from your account. New tier takes effect at the next billing cycle and your existing credits carry over where possible.
