We do not sell your data. We share it with these providers strictly to run the service, under contracts that require them to protect it and process it only on our instructions. For each US provider we maintain a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) plus the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) — relying on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) where the provider is validly certified, with the SCCs as the fallback — and a UK Addendum for UK data flows.
PayPal acts as an independent controller for the payment data it handles, not as our processor — it is disclosed here as a data recipient for transparency. We store no card details ourselves.

HubSpot has been removed and is no longer used — we are our own CRM. It is dormant and receives no data.
